    giving you guidance and inspiration throughout the day.

3. Gratitude List. Write names for 3 people and 3 items that you are grateful for.

Evening Reflection

1. Significant Events. (Ahas, luck, I don't believe it, etc.)

6. What did I do for fun today?

7. What did I do for exercise today? How long did I exercise/workout?

8. Was the language I spoke today on what I want or don't want?
        Did I focus on abundance or lack?

9. How or what did I expand my ability to love today?

10. What wisdom did I become aware of in my life experience today?

11. What will I do differently tomorrow? What is Possible?

12. Send 2 Thank yous...
